Founder Charlie R. Johnson started the firm in 1976. Since then, Mr. Johnson has been elected mayor of Sevierville twice, and has also served a term as a member of the city council. In 1993, he expanded the scope of the firm with new partner Jeffrey R. Murrell, who focuses primarily on business and commercial law.
